The Go Infoteam Group holds the main certifications in the fields of quality management, environment and service management and has started the certification process for information security.

Our strategic mission consists of the provision of consultancy services to our customers to support them in technological innovation and in the delicate task of combining compliance with mandatory and regulatory, technical, contractual and internal requirements with the need to ensure efficiency, the effectiveness and continuity of business processes.

The provision of our services necessarily involves the processing of personal data of our customers and their interested parties, the production of information and specialist know-how, constituting an important information asset that represents the main resource for correctly managing relationships with customers, to plan the continuous innovation of the offer and guarantee the quality of the service to its customers; as such, it must be adequately protected with a constant balance between the level of risk accepted and the corresponding degree of protection required.

Infoteam intends to continue in the process of strengthening its presence in the ICT market at a local and national level, positioning itself as a reference for saas software solutions and technical support and consultancy services on IT security for private companies and public administration and has set the objective of certifying these services also according to the standards of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018:2019 by integrating them with the standards already certified and consolidated.

To achieve this objective, the company has deployed important resources, both from a financial and professional point of view, to guarantee the satisfaction of the expressed expectations and requirements of customers, a founding principle of the company's commercial and productive action and of the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.

Infoteam will continue its commercial activity both in Italy and abroad, in strengthening relationships with leading companies in Italy in the IT and cybersecurity fields, in managing the customer from the first contact to the management of the order, in the implementation of a training plan that involves all company resources continuously.

UNI EN ISO 9001:2015: Quality management systems

The ISO 9001 certification is an internationally recognized standard confirming the compliance with the regulatory requirements of a company quality management system. They are general requirements and mainly concern the organization's ability to enhance customer needs and the legal obligations related to the company processes. All the quality certifications achieved by Go Infoteam Group were issued by RINA Services S.p.A., an organization accredited by the accreditation body ACCREDIA.

UNI EN ISO 14001:2015: Environmental management systems

ISO 14001: 2015 is a voluntary international standard, which specifies the requirements of an environmental management system. Certified organizations are led to adopt a management system able to monitor the environmental impacts of their activities and systematically improve it in a coherent, effective and sustainable way. This certification was also issued by RINA Services S.p.A., accredited body by the Italian Accreditation Authority.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 : Technical support services management systems

The ISO/IEC 2000 standard, developed and based on the earlier BSI 15000(British Standard Institute), is an international standard for IT service management (ITSM) and enables organizations to benchmark their capability in providing IT services and assessing their performance. The standard focuses on processes and quality services and promotes the use of an integrated model of IT service management. It is also conveniently demonstrates compliance to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practices, a prestigious international benchmark for the implementation of IT Service Management.
