The voucher can be used to buy software, hardware and/or specialist services, such as:

purchase of hardware, software and specialist consultancy services for the digitization of internal processes;
purchase of hardware, software and specialist consultancy services for the modernization of work organization, with reference to the use of technological instruments and to the introduction of methods of work flexibility, including telework;
purchase of hardware and software, including specific software for the management of on-line transactions and for the security of network connections and also of consultancy services for the development of e-commerce tools;
one-off activation costs, with exclusive reference to the costs of construction of infrastructures and technical works, such as, supply, siting, certification, cable testing, installation of the equipment required for broad and ultra-wide band connectivity;
purchase and activation of decoders and parabolas to connect to the Internet through satellite technology;
qualified training courses and education services in the field of ICT for the resources of the SMEs.
