The reputation rank is used to access the reliability of a mail server. If you happened to send emails that either do not arrive or else end up in the spam filter, the reputation of your domain is probably bad. The phenomenon is growing rapidly because of spam filters. Spam, in fact, consists of sending the same message to a large number of users. Providers analyze this trend and, depending on the number and severity of alerts, ascribe to the sender’s email, mail server and domain a bad reputation.
We offer our customers Reputation Guard as an upgrade of their hosting service. Reputation Guard includes features such as:

Blacklisted addresses/domains will be removed only on blacklist system or sites that allow free removal. We do not guarantee the time of removal, since it can vary depending on the system. We do not guarantee the removal from the blacklist in the event the IP address to be reported is the same as your Internet connection (e.g. ADS), or in the event the customer sends mass emails to distribution lists.
