For each step, the Management undertakes to define and achieve the improvement objectives specified in the Quality Plan and analysed through appropriate indicators in the QMS Status Report.


UNI EN ISO 9001:2008: Quality management systems

They are general requirements and mainly concern the organization's ability to enhance customer needs and the legal obligations related to the company processes. All the quality certifications achieved by Go Infoteam Group were issued by RINA Services S.p.A., an organization accredited by the accreditation body ACCREDIA.


ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 : Technical support services management systems

apmg internationa iso/iec 2000The ISO/IEC 2000 standard, developed and based on the earlier BSI 15000(British Standard Institute), is an international standard for IT service management (ITSM) and enables organizations to benchmark their capability in providing IT services and assessing their performance. The standard focuses on processes and quality services and promotes the use of an integrated model of IT service management. It is also conveniently demonstrates compliance to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practices, a prestigious international benchmark for the implementation of IT Service Management.


ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems

ISO 14001:2004 identifies an environmental management standard that specifies the requirements for an “environmental management system” (EMS) of an organization and is part of the 14000 ISO family of standards developed by "ISO/TC 207". The standard can be used for the certification, for a self-declaration or can simply provide guidance on the establishment, implementation and improvement of an environmental management system. The ISO 14001 standard, now in its 2004 second edition, explicitly follows the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) format, also called the Deming cycle after the name of its developer William Edwards Deming.

The OHSAS 18001:1999 was published by the BSI in 1999, updated in 2007 so as to provide a standard able to issue a certificate of conformity. The OHSAS certification certifies the voluntary introduction in an organization of a system able to provide a proper control on Employee Safety and Health besides the compliance with the existing rules. ISO/IEC 27001-1:2013: Information Security Management Systems

ISO/IEC 27001 (Information technology — Security techniques — Information security management systems — Requirements) is an international standard that specifies the requirements for the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and includes aspects related to the logical and physical security of an organization. The main objective is to implement a system for the risk management and the protection of data and ICT assets. The standard is applicable to all private and public organizations, regardless of a specific business sector or company organization. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the adoption and management of an ISMS requires a significant commitment of resources and must be therefore followed by a specific office, typically the Organization and Quality Department.
